And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me— holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts. He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty. Greetings fellow HAMS,
I hope that everyone fared well, the recent harsh weather that we had. Not much to cover at this point except that I hope to see many of us at the upcoming Jackson Hamfest. What a good opportunity to maybe pick up some good deals and possible win some door prizes. You know what they say about “one mans junk is another mans treasure.” Thanks to Darrell for posting the fest flyer. Don’t forget that the next meeting was moved forward one week. Same venue. Again, hope to see many of you this weekend. Please be careful and drive safe.

VE TEST RESULTS
Test results from the VE testing session Jan 18, 2025
Christian H. Hatcherjames took his test for the Technician Class and passed. Took his test for the General Class and also passed! He walked in with no license and walked out a General Class operator! Congratulations go out to this person and hope to hear him on line soon!
