President's Report
Greeting fellow HAMS and Spark Gap subscribers,
A couple things of interest and importance. First, I'd like to mention the upcoming Capital City Hamfest | Jackson Amateur Radio Club on January 30-31. Hope to see many from our area there.
Second, we will have a trial change of venue for the Meridian ARC meetings. Our next meeting will be held at the Lauderdale County EMA building at 2525 14th St. directly across from Meridian fire station No 1 at 9:00 am. We will have a special presentation from Mr. Larry Anderson K5LDA on Antennas and Impedance Matching.

IMPORTANT NOTE: MEETING TIME AND LOCATION
The next business meeting will be held at the Lauderdale County EMA building at 2525 14th St across from the main fire station at 9:00 am on Saturday February 7th . There will be a special program on "Antennas and Impedance Matching".
Following our meeting and special program, we will decide where to have breakfast or lunch. Come join us!

MESSAGES TO ASSIST WITH THE RECOVERY OF THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO,
AFTER THE DISASTROUS EARTHQUAKE. OVER 1000 MESSAGES WERE SENT DURING THAT
EFFORT.
