Biography from QRZ page: Born and raised in Garyville, LA. I joined the U. S. Navy just out of high school and retired in 1984 with twenty one years. Recieved my first liscense in 1983 and have been an active operator since. Most of my ops are on 75/80 meters, however, I do operate all bands. I also am online with echolink. Other than Amateur Radio I am an avid NASCAR fan (Mark Martin #55) and would rather go fishing than eat.

Luv my Harley too! I've got a small workshop where I tinker with odds and ends and repair all of the Grandkids bikes and toys. I retired and stayed here in Meridian, MS where I worked for the Delco Remy division of General motors for 14 years. I took early retirement fron Delco because the company moved the plant to Mexico otherwise I would probably still be working. Whew !!! My wife Margie and I live out in the country with our five dogs and three cats of which almost all were orphans that had no place to go. We love Cajun cookin' and since we're both from South Louisiana we love eatin' it too. Ever in the area give us a shout on 146.700 rptr. Margie's call is N5VCJ.
